Im starting my 3rd year (not at my placement school, though). My second year was leaps and bounds better than my first. It did help that I taught the same grade 2 years in a row, though. This year, I’m changing grades and I’m a little nervous, but I’ve got a great support system in the veteran teachers at my school. Have faith in yourself and you’ll be fine!
I wonder about #3 as well, especially considering the significantly diminished guidance we’ve received with beginning-of-the-year planning. I do think we will carry ourselves differently and actually know what we’re doing on the first day of school though, and that might make a big difference.
